The LHS type gas oil steam generator is designed in two parts, the outer shell and the inner combustion chamber. The outer shell is insulated to minimize heat loss during operation, optimizing energy output and reducing running costs.The shell and associated fire pipes are constructed from high quality, special purpose materials, designed to meet the requirements of European and American standards for thickness, strength, safety and reliability. In order to protect the unit and its operator, a range of reliable boiler auxiliary components and safety protection devices have been included,such as a pressure controller, pressure transmitter, water level alarm, and safety valve.

The Vertical Steam Boiler will be packaged and shipped in a secure cardboard box, which will be lined with foam padding for added protection. Inside the box, the boiler will be secured with straps and wrapped in bubble wrap for extra security. The box will also have an external label with the product description, specifications, and a list of contents. The box will be sealed with strong adhesive tape for added protection.
